Our call-out fee (250) covers the travel to your premises and a professional diagnostic of the fault. However, if you choose to proceed with the repair, the call-out fee is completely waived. You only pay for the labor and the parts required to get your appliance back in working order.
Do you provide a guarantee on your repairs?
Yes, absolutely. We provide a full 3-month (90-day) warranty on all parts we install and the labor performed. Your digital invoice serves as your warranty certificate. If the same fault recurs within that period, we will return to fix it at no additional cost to you.
Can you fix my appliance today, or do you need to take it away?
